Our Founder
Bytes to Insights was founded in 2019 by Alexandra di Guglielmo. Alexandra is a versatile self-starter with over 15 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Full Stack Development, Product Management and Consumer Research. Throughout her career, Alexandra has built many successful data and analytics products for tech startups as a product manager and as a developer (most often as both).
Prior to starting Bytes to Insights, Alexandra spent almost a decade at various Ad Tech startups in NYC, working her way up from data analyst to building and managing high-performing Business Intelligence teams. In this fast-paced startup environment, she seized opportunities to learn multiple programming languages to build reporting and analytics platforms from scratch as well as lead implementation efforts for BI tools such as Tableau and Sisense.
Alexandra’s passion for data and data-driven approaches to business began during her days as a PhD student at Columbia Business School, where she studied advanced statistics and researched the psychology underlying consumer behavior.
Since its inception, Bytes to Insights has had successful engagements with over 18 different clients from a variety of industries including Advertising, Healthcare, Logistics, Media, Private Equity, Real Estate, Retail and Technology.
